Business Partner Terms

1. Partnership agreement
By becoming a LocalCard business partner, you agree to these terms. The partnership is subject to approval by LocalCard. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
2. Subscription and payment
Business partner membership is billed monthly at the rate shown at the time of approval. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
3. Your obligations
As a business partner you agree to: honour the offer(s) you have listed for LocalCard members; maintain accurate and up-to-date business information on your profile; treat LocalCard members fairly and in accordance with your stated offer; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; not use the LocalCard platform for misleading or deceptive purposes.
4. Offers
You may update your member offer with reasonable notice to LocalCard. Offers must be genuine and of real value to members. LocalCard reserves the right to reject or remove offers that do not meet quality standards.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your business partner membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your business profile will be removed from the platform at the end of the paid period.
6. Termination by LocalCard
LocalCard reserves the right to suspend or terminate a business partnership if the partner breaches these terms, receives sustained negative feedback from members, or engages in conduct that is harmful to LocalCard or its members.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
